Het C reative Lab is één van de drie centrale pijlers binnen Vooruit, naast de studiedienst en de dienst beweging. Waar de studiedienst werkt aan inhoud en analyse, en de dienst beweging zorgt voor mobilisatie en verankering, focust het Creative Lab op verbeelding, vorm en verhaal. Hier ontstaan de ideeën, beelden en campagnes die onze boodschap kracht geven. Het lab combineert creativiteit met strategie en zet volop in op innovatie, visuele identiteit en digitale formats. Het is de plek waar politiek kleur krijgt: scherp, helder en altijd in beweging.

Als Digital Growth Specialist ben jij onze cruciale schakel tussen campagnestrategie, data, mediamonitoring en automatisatie. Je zet AI-tools en slimme workflows in om onze socialistische boodschap krachtiger, sneller en gerichter te verspreiden. Je experimenteert, leert en bouwt mee aan een geavanceerde communicatiemachine die niet blind draait, maar doelgericht beweegt op basis van échte inzichten.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je gebruikt onze tools om de berichtgeving, het maatschappelijk debat en de media-impact op de voet te volgen. Je zet social listening op en zet data om in bruikbare inzichten en slimme communicatieconcepten.
  • Je automatiseert repeterende processen via tools als Zapier, Make, N8N en koppelt systemen naadloos aan elkaar.
  • Je bouwt een stevig meetkader op en gebruikt data om autonoom redactionele en strategische beslissingen te adviseren aan de coördinator en directeur van The Creative Lab.
  • Je volgt AI-marketingontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt nieuwe technologieën naar concrete toepassingen voor onze beweging.
  • Je ontwerpt en beheert een schaalbaar content-ecosysteem. Door slimme workflows en moderne technologieën te integreren, stroomlijn je het proces van creatie tot distributie en verhoog je onze output.

Wie ben je?

  • Je deelt de kernwaarden van Vooruit als politieke partij en beweging.
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale kanalen (social advertising, e-mailmarketing, SEO/SEA) en hebt een uitgesproken neus voor wat digitaal werkt op esthetisch, functioneel en inhoudelijk vlak.
  • Je combineert data-driven denken met creatieve storytelling. Je gebruikt AI voor diepgaande analyses en bent steeds de human in de loop.
  • Je denkt in workflows en schaalbare systemen. Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw projecten, bent wendbaar en voelt je goed in een volatiele politieke werkomgeving.
  • Zelfstandig werken én schitteren in teamverband gaan voor jou hand in hand.

Jouw technische toolkit:

  • Ervaring met social-listening platforms.
  • Grondige kennis van generative AI-tools
  • Ervaring met Google Sheets, Zapier, Make of N8N en data dashboards.
  • Nice to haves: Kennis van visual tools
