* 8+ years in digitalisation, innovation or AI projects, ideally as lead in international settings

* Proven Requirements Engineering (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)

* Robotics and OT: identification of improvement potentials, business case development, enabling the connection of testing equipment to the LIMS (laboratory information management system); increasing automation level through digital interfaces and physical robotics solutions

* AI enablement: trainings with the countries, business case development, expert validation of results

* Digital Innovation portfolio and roadmap owner: screening, evaluation, consolidation and tracking of ideas and their further development with idea owners

* Functional leadership of a small team
