Ben jij klaar om jouw expertise in digital marketing niet alleen bij klanten, maar ook binnen een groeiend team van experts in te zetten? En ben je klaar om een key-pillar rol te vervullen binnen ons team van DIDIOM? Dan is dit dé rol voor jou! Als consulting manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan het management team, coach je onze consultants én sta je met je voeten nog steeds in het werkveld als digital marketing consultant bij onze klanten.

Bij DIDIOM werken we voor tal van A-brands en ambitieuze KMO's in heel België, met kantoren in Antwerpen (HQ), Gent & Brussel. Als Consulting Manager ben je het gezicht van DIDIOM op senior stakeholderniveau: een strategische partner en thought leader voor de klant en onze consultants. Daarnaast combineer je dat klantenwerk met dedicated tijd per week om consultants binnen DIDIOM te coachen en te laten groeien, zowel op hard als soft skills.

Denk aan het leiden van een digitale transformatie bij een internationale speler, het uitbouwen van een lange termijn partnership met een klant én tegelijk het coachen van fantastische collega's, allemaal terwijl je omringd wordt door andere top-experten binnen DIDIOM.

Wat wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als digitale marketeer. Consultancy ervaring is een plus.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede en brede, hands-on kennis van digital & performance marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEA, Google Analytics (GA4), e-mail marketing/marketing automation en/of Looker Studio zijn geen vreemd terrein voor jou, en in enkele domeinen ben je een echte expert.
  • Je werkt ook nog graag hands-on in de tools.
  • Je denkt strategisch: je stuurt projecten vanuit businessimpact en prioriteiten, challenget plannen op basis van data, en daagt klanten en collega's uit om verder te kijken dan de onmiddellijke vraag.
  • Je bent comfortabel met het leiden van digital (transformation) projecten bij klanten en kan meerdere projecten parallel beheren zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach: je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het opvolgen, begeleiden & challengen van consultants op hard en soft skills, deelt proactief kennis en geeft constructieve feedback.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands; Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
