Dann freuen wir uns darauf dich kennenzulernen. 1 Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (w/m/d) Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams während einer Karenz sowie zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Vertriebskanäle schaffen wir eine unbefristete Position im Bereich Online Marketing & E-Commerce.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Betreuung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Webshops

* Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung und Begleitung von E-Commerce-Projekten

* Optimierung der Customer Journey sowie der Benutzerfreundlichkeit (UI/UX)

* Analyse und Verbesserung von Conversion Rate, Nutzerverhalten und Shop-Performance

* Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Webshop- & Online Marketing Content

* Bug- & Anforderungsmanagement gegenüber externen & internen Stakeholdern

* Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Digitalisierungs- und Marketingprojekten

* Steuerung und Koordination externer Agenturen und Dienstleister

Du passt zu uns, wenn du...

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich E-Commerce oder vergleichbare Qualifikation hast

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Webshop Management, Content Erstellung & Projektmanagement in diesem Umfeld hast

* externe Dienstleister, z.B. Agenturen oder Toolanbieter, souverän steuern kannst

* Webshop Aufgaben & Projekte selbstständig strukturieren, priorisieren und zuverlässig umsetzen kannst

* Ein Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und digitale Prozesse hast, und diese gut vermitteln kannst

* Analytisches Denken sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten kein Problem für dich darstellen

* Mit Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative zu begeistern weißt

* Durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Prioritätenverständnis auch in

* Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Medien als dein Antrieb für Effizienz verstehst
