Du hast ein Händchen für Digitales Marketing? Wir suchen dich als Digital Marketing Manager:in in Vollzeit für unser Team in Wien.

Aufgaben:

* Kampagnensteuerung: Du unterstützt uns dabei, SEA- und RTB-Kampagnen von der Konzeption bis zur Optimierung zu begleiten.

* Recherche & Analyse: Du tauchst tief in die Welt der Keywords ein und behältst unsere Wettbewerber im Auge.

* Kreativität in Aktion: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Anzeigentexten und Display-Bannern, die ins Schwarze treffen.

* Performance-Monitoring: Du analysierst die Kampagnenleistung und leitest daraus klare Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.

* Zahlen im Griff: Du unterstützt bei der Budgetüberwachung und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Euro effizient eingesetzt wird.

* Wachstum fördern: Du hilfst bei der Planung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests, um das Beste aus jeder Kampagne herauszuholen.

* Storytelling mit Daten: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von überzeugenden Reportings und Präsentationen für unsere Kunden.

Anforderungen:

* Fundierte Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaft oder Kommunikation.

* Erste Berührungspunkte: Du hast bereits Grundkenntnisse in Google Ads, Bing Ads oder RTB-Plattformen gesammelt und kennst dich idealerweise mit Web-Analyse-Tools wie Google Analytics aus.

* Die richtige Mischung: Du arbeitest gerne mit Zahlen, hast aber auch ein Gespür für kreative Ideen.

* Soft Skills, die zählen: Du bist motiviert, lernst schnell und bist ein echter Teamplayer.

* Sprachlich fit: Einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Bezahlung:

Der Einstieg als Digital Marketing Manager:in (Level Support) liegt bei einem KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.100 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis, gemäß Kollektivvertrag Werbung und Marktkommunikation Wien). Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Erfahrung sind wir zur Überzahlung bereit.Bei uns gibt es klar definierte Karrierestufen: mit wachsender Erfahrung und Verantwortung steigst du in höhere Levels auf, und dein Gehalt wächst entsprechend mit. Wie diese Levels konkret aussehen und was dich auf dem Weg dorthin erwartet, besprechen wir gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.
