Wir suchen dich als Verstärkung für unser internationales Team in Wien - Vollzeit, 38,5h/Woche.

Aufgaben:

* SEA-Fokus & SEO: Du verantwortest die organische Sichtbarkeit unserer Kunden im tschechischen Raum und verbindest SEO-Strategien mit der Power von Paid-Channels (SEA, Social Ads & RTB/Programmatic).

* Market Intelligence: Du lokalisierst Kampagnen für den tschechischen Markt und verstehst es, kulturelle Nuancen in messbare Erfolge zu verwandeln.

* AI & Innovation: Wir setzen auf die Zukunft. Du nutzt aktiv modernste KI-Tools, um Workflows zu automatisieren, Content zu optimieren und Daten noch smarter zu analysieren.

* Client Excellence: Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und präsentierst Reports sowie Strategien souverän auf Deutsch und Tschechisch.

Anforderungen:

* Language Skills: Du beherrschst Tschechisch einwandfrei sowie Deutsch auf einem sehr hohen Business-Level.

* Performance Mindset: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Digital Marketing mit - mit einem starken Verständnis für SEA und SEO.

* Tech-Native: Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien und hast den Drive, die Möglichkeiten von KI im Marketing voll auszuschöpfen.

* Professionalität: Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und schätzt ein hochprofessionelles Agenturumfeld.

Bezahlung:

Der Einstieg als Digital Marketing Manager:in (Level Support) liegt bei einem KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.100 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis, gemäß Kollektivvertrag Werbung und Marktkommunikation Wien). Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Erfahrung sind wir zur Überzahlung bereit.Bei uns gibt es klar definierte Karrierestufen: mit wachsender Erfahrung und Verantwortung steigst du in höhere Levels auf, und dein Gehalt wächst entsprechend mit. Wie diese Levels konkret aussehen und was dich auf dem Weg dorthin erwartet, besprechen wir gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.
