Heb je een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen digital marketing en krijg je energie van het uitwerken, lanceren en opvolgen van campagnes? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou.

Voor een internationaal actieve marktleider binnen de dentale sector zoeken we een Digital Marketing Specialist Benelux. Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar innovatie, kwaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Vanuit Brussel ondersteun je de marketingactiviteiten voor België, Nederland en Luxemburg.

Jouw functie

Als Digital Marketing Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie binnen de Benelux-regio. Je zorgt ervoor dat digitale campagnes succesvol worden opgezet, opgevolgd en geoptimaliseerd en draagt actief bij aan de zichtbaarheid van producten en oplossingen bij dentale professionals.

Jouw taken

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van digitale communicatie via social media, nieuwsbrieven, websites en externe online kanalen.
  • Opzetten, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van digitale marketingcampagnes.
  • Analyseren van campagneresultaten en rapporteren van KPI's.
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van online promoties en webshopacties.
  • Ondersteunen van webinarcampagnes, productlanceringen en andere marketingacties.
  • Uitwerken van marketingmateriaal en promotionele content.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en internationale teams.
  • Opvolgen van marketingbudgetten en aankooporders voor digitale campagnes.
  • Ondersteunen van evenementencommunicatie en andere operationele marketingactiviteiten.
  • Actief meedenken over nieuwe digitale tools, campagnes en verbeteringen.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Marketing, Communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen digital marketing of een sterke stage-ervaring.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Frans en een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met Meta- en Google-campagnes.
  • Vlot in het gebruik van Canva en andere digitale marketingtools.
  • Kennis van tools zoals HubSpot, Hootsuite of gelijkaardige platformen is een plus.
  • Ervaring met webshops zoals Magento, Shopify of vergelijkbare systemen is een troef.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Hands-on, zelfstandig en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, iets langer blijven om een project af te werken is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Sterk georganiseerd/gestructureerd en in staat om meerdere projecten tegelijk op te volgen en af te werken tegen de afgesproken deadline.
  • Resultaatgericht, leergierig en klantgericht.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral een echte doener die initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft op te nemen. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, denkt kritisch mee en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd lopen. Daarnaast combineer je creativiteit met een sterke focus op resultaten.
