Jobomschrijving

Als Digital Marketing Specialist - Vastgoedsector ontwikkel en realiseer je de marketingstrategie voor verschillende vastgoedprojecten. Je combineert digitale expertise met commercieel inzicht en zorgt voor een constante instroom van kwalitatieve leads voor het salesteam.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van strategische marketingplannen per project en doelgroep
  • Opzetten en optimaliseren van B2C-campagnes via onder meer Google Ads, Meta, SEO en affiliatepartners
  • Genereren van gekwalificeerde leads binnen het vooropgestelde budget en afstemmen met het salesteam over leadkwaliteit
  • Beheren van marketingbudgetten en analyseren van conversies, kost per lead en return on investment
  • Coördineren van communicatie via sociale media, eigen kanalen, pers en externe contentpartners
  • Ontwikkelen en organiseren van commerciële marketingevents en nieuwe campagneconcepten
  • Bijdragen aan digitale innovatieprojecten, waaronder op termijn de ontwikkeling van een mobiele applicatie

Als Digital Marketing Specialist - Vastgoedsector heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante marketingervaring, bij voorkeur binnen digitale of performancegerichte marketing
  • Je kunt aantoonbare resultaten voorleggen op het vlak van B2C-leadgeneratie en salesgerichte campagnes
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van SEA, SEO, social advertising, campagneanalyse en rapportering
  • Je denkt commercieel en stuurt actief op leadkwaliteit, conversie en return on investment
  • Je bent ondernemend, gestructureerd en in staat om projecten zelfstandig van strategie tot uitvoering te beheren
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met sales en externe partners
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt professioneel communiceren in het Frans; ervaring met vastgoed, CRM-systemen of grafische tools is een pluspunt
