Für unseren Sochor Zentrale in 1100 Wien, Triester Straße 10 suchen wir ab sofort 1 Digital Marketing & Website Manager_in mit KI-Kompetenz (m/w/d) Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Einsatzort: Sochor Zentrale 1100 Wien

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit 30 Std./Woche

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Umsetzung und Entwicklung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten inklusive Content-, Community- und Reputationsmanagement

* Erstellung, Anpassung und laufende Betreuung von Landingpages und Website-Inhalten auf Basis von WordPress

* Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von SEO- & GEO-Maßnahmen

* Analyse von Daten und Nutzerverhalten mit Google Analytics, Matomo und weiteren digitalen Tools

* Laufendes Monitoring relevanter KPIs wie Conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR etc. sowie die Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports

* Identifikation, Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer KI-Anwendungsfälle zur Optimierung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsprozessen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingleitung bei der Entwicklung unserer digitalen Strategie

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing oder Performance Marketing, idealerweise auf Agenturseite

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager und LinkedIn Marketing

* Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analyse- und Tracking-Tools wie Google Analytics oder Matomo

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für SEO, GEO und digitale Sichtbarkeitsstrategien

* Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Content-Management-Systemen und WordPress

* Begeisterung für KI-Technologien und deren Einsatz im Marketing (KI-Manager-Ausbildung von Vorteil)

* Erfahrung mit Adobe Creative Cloud von Vorteil, Canva-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
