Als Digital Print Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, opstart, ondersteuning en optimalisatie van Heidelberg Jetfire- en Gallus-inkjetpersen bij onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines optimaal presteren en ondersteunt klanten bij het realiseren van een maximale printkwaliteit en productiviteit. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, onze serviceorganisatie en de internationale technische specialisten van Heidelberg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

- - Installeren, configureren en in bedrijf stellen van Heidelberg Jetfire- en Gallus-inkjetpersen.

- - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, inspecties, upgrades en retrofits.

- - Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische, software- en procesgerelateerde storingen, zowel remote als ter plaatse. Kalibreren en optimaliseren van printkwaliteit, kleurbeheer en productieprocessen.

- - Opleiden en begeleiden van operatoren en technische medewerkers bij klanten.

- Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektronica, automatisering, grafische technologie of een vergelijkbare richting, en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

- Ervaring met digitale druktechnologie, inkjetsystemen of industriële productieomgevingen is een sterke troef.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica, elektronica, software en netwerken.

- Je werkt zelfstandig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.

- Je bent bereid regelmatig te reizen binnen Benelux en incidenteel naar het buitenland voor opleidingen en ondersteuning.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
