Om die ambities waar te maken, versterken ze hun team een Digital Project Manager LOGISTICS.

Projecten die op de planning staan zijn oa de implementatie van een CMMS systeem, verdere automatisatie van hun opslag, optimalisatie van hun TMS systeem, een nieuwe ERP implementatie...

Functie

  • Je neemt de lead in digitale projecten binnen jouw domein
  • Je stuurt het volledige projectproces aan: van analyse en concept tot implementatie en nazorg.
  • Je bewaakt scope, planning, kwaliteit en budget op een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte manier.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking tussen business-, IT- en datateams en werkt nauw samen met externe partners.
  • Je ontwikkelt duidelijke communicatie, rapportering en documentatie die stakeholders vooruithelpt.
  • Je brengt processen in kaart en vertaalt noden naar slimme digitale oplossingen.
  • Je bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt op verschillende locaties en zorgt voor sterke betrokkenheid bij eindgebruikers.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan een duurzame en toekomstgerichte digitale werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale transformatie, software-implementaties of procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een Master diploma en hebt sterke analytische skills.
  • Je kent projectmethodologieën zoals Agile, Scrum, Prince2 of PMBOK.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin plannen, prioriteren en overzicht bewaren essentieel zijn.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen technische en niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels; je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met logistieke of transport omgevingen.
  • Je krijgt energie van innovatie, nieuwe technologieën en duurzame vooruitgang.
  • Je verplaatst je naar de sites over heel België in functie van projecten

Technische skills

  • Je hebt inzicht in digitale projectmethodologieën en IT-landschappen.
  • Je begrijpt hoe software-integraties, datastromen en systemen met elkaar communiceren.
  • Je kent projectmethodologieën zoals Agile, Scrum, Prince2 of PMBOK, je werkt vlot met projectplanningstools en documentatieplatformen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met procesmapping en optimalisatieprincipes.
