Unser Team "Service Applications" im Bereich "Customer Services" sucht tatkräftige Unterstützung! Als Digital Solution & Project Manager:in gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unseres internationalen Kundenportals aktiv mit und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, Kund:innen und IT. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle prüfen Sie die Applikations-Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich auf Umsetzbarkeit und Notwendigkeit und geben diese an unsere IT weiter. Sie verbessern bestehende Prozesse und testen erste Lösungsansätze, implementieren diese und schulen KeyUser:innen. Das klingt spannend für Sie? Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenportals

* Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Spezifikation von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen bzw. von unseren Kund:innen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Product Owner:innen und weiteren Stakeholder:innen zur Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen

* Erstellung von Projektplänen, Timelines und Roadmaps sowie die Sicherstellung von Projektzielen unter Berücksichtigung des Budgets

* Begleitung von Implementierungen, Tests und Go-Lives

* Schulung und aktive Unterstützung der KeyUser:innen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Prozess- und/oder Projektmanagement

* Praxiskenntnisse in CRM-Systemen oder webbasierten Geschäftsanwendungen; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder Power Pages sind von Vorteil

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
