- Die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu strukturieren und in praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen

Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 4.300 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich bis zu --ZAHL-- brutto pro Monat

Dein Spielfeld:

- Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen findest du heraus, wo Digitalisierung und Automatisierung echten Mehrwert schaffen

- Bestehende Abläufe nimmst du genau unter die Lupe, entwickelst bessere Soll-Prozesse und begleitest ihre Umsetzung bis in den Betrieb

- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT, Management und externen Partnern hältst du Digitalisierungsprojekte auf Kurs

- Bei neuen Technologien wie KI, Lager Language Models, RPA und Workflow-Automatisierung prüfst du, was sich in der Praxis wirklich bewährt

- Auch bestehende Prozesse und Automatisierungen entwickelst du weiter - etwa im Umfeld von UiPath, proALPHA, DMS, CRM und Microsoft-Anwendungen

- Aus Pilotprojekten und Proofs of Concept machst du tragfähige Lösungen für den Unternehmensalltag
