Voor ons groeiend productieteam zoeken we een Digital Print Operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en trots is op kwalitatief werk.

Je houdt van structuur, nauwkeurigheid en een goed afgewerkt resultaat, maar kunt ook snel schakelen wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt mee wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.

Samenwerking vinden we minstens even belangrijk. Onze manier van werken steunt op drie waarden: oplossingsgericht denken, positiviteit en wederzijds respect. We communiceren open, helpen elkaar vooruit en gaan samen voor het beste resultaat.

Als Digital Print Operator zorg je samen met je collega's voor een correcte en kwalitatieve afwerking van de productie.

  • Je bedient en volgt de digitale printapparatuur op
  • Je voert productieopdrachten correct uit
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van begin tot einde
  • Je organiseert en plant je eigen werkzaamheden
  • Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en gestructureerd
  • Je merkt problemen of afwijkingen tijdig op
  • Je denkt mee over praktische oplossingen
  • Je zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat opdrachten tijdig en kwalitatief worden afgewerkt

We zoeken vooral iemand die weet van aanpakken en graag goed werk aflevert. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar de juiste ingesteldheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt ordelijk en gestructureerd en kunt je werk goed organiseren
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk
  • Je kunt goed inschatten wat eerst moet gebeuren en kunt prioriteiten stellen
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je communiceert open en respectvol
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en houdt er een positieve ingesteldheid op na
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt je aanpassen wanneer de productie daarom vraagt
  • Je staat open om nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen te leren
  • Je hebt voldoende professionele maturiteit om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en weet wanneer overleg nodig is
