Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Sattledt suchen wir 1 Digitalisierungsexpert_in - Einkauf Deine Aufgaben:

Dein Aufgabengebiet als Mitarbeiter/-in in der Supply Chain für E-Procurement umfasst die Analyse, Optimierung, Abbildung und Implementierung von Tools im Bereich Einkauf. Konkret bedeutet das:

* Analyse, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen

* Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Einkaufsumfeld

* Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Beschaffungs- und Einkaufslösungen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Einkauf zur Umsetzung effizienter Prozessabläufe

* Unterstützung bei der Definition von Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports

* Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen

* Mitarbeit an organisationsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsorganisation

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium

* Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement und organisatorischen Fragestellungen

* Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Einkaufssystemen von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
