The posting

Das PsychoSoziale Wohnhaus in Paudorf ist Lebensmittelpunkt für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen. Im Sinne des Betreuungskonzeptes steht die Begleitung der Bewohner*innen im Lebensbereich Wohnen, sowie die Förderung bzw. der Erhalt der Selbstständigkeit, der Individualität und der Eigenverantwortung im Vordergrund. Wir suchen für unser Team im Vollzeitbetreuten Wohnen 1 Dipl. allgemeine oder psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) im fixen Dienstrad (Mo - So, Nachtdienste).

Arbeitsausmaß: 37 WoStd.

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort, 1 Jahr befristet

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Erhebung des individuellen Betreuungs- und Pflegebedarfs, Betreuungs- und Pflegeplanung und Evaluierung

* Organisation und Durchführung von betreuerischen und pflegerischen Maßnahmen und Dokumentation

* Begleitung zu Ärzten, Ämtern, Behörden und Einkauf; Alltagsbegleitung

* Anleitung und Einschulung von anderen Pflege- und Betreuungsberufen

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, Supervision und Weiterbildung

Was wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP oder DpGKP

* Kenntnisse über Betreuungs- und Pflegeplanung und -prozesse

* Kooperationsbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

* Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

* Führerschein B

* Arbeiten im Turnusdienst

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* EDV-Kenntnisse
