Die Burgenländische Pflegeheim Betriebs-GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der SDB und auf stationäre Pflege sowie Betreuung spezialisiert. Sie umfasst neben dem Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl - St. Nikolaus auch das Pflegewohnhaus Oberpullendorf - Haus St. Peter, das Pflegewohnhaus Redlschlag - Haus Josefine sowie das Pflegewohnhaus Rechnitz - Am Schlosspark. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Umsetzung eines bewohner- sowie mitarbeiterfreundlichen und zeitgemäßen, modernen Standards.

Für den Bereich Psychiatrische Langzeitpflege im Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl suchen wir Verstärkung durch eine: 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- & Krankenpflegeperson (m/w/d) Gesundheits- & Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) - Psych. Langzeitpflege (m/w/d)

Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie führen eigenverantwortlich pflegerische Tätigkeiten gem. GuKG durch

* Die Erstellung, Einhaltung des Pflegeprozesses ist Teil Ihrers Arbeitsspektrums

* Sie setzen gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team den Pflegeprozess, Pflegekonzepte und Pflegestandards um

* Sie wirken an der Sicherungsstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität mit

* Sie beraten und begleiten die Bewohner:innen sowie Angehörigen einfühlsam in allen pflegerischen Fragen

* Sie sind Teil eines multiprofessionellen Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt und die Bewohner:innen in den Mittelpunkt stellt

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Diplom der psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

oder abgeschlossenes Diplom der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (DGKP) bzw. erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelorstudiengang Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege inkl. einschlägige psychiatrische Weiterbildung

* Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Affinität zur EDV für die elektronische Dokumentation

* Gutes Klima sowie herzliche Zusammenarbeit sind dir ebenso wichtig wie uns

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, VG 7/Stufe 1 und beträgt ab April 2026 mind. € 3.593,73 brutto bei Vollzeit inkl. Zulagen. Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
