Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte, verantwortungsbewusste Heimhelfer:in (m/w/d), die/der mit Herz und Freude älteren Menschen im Alltag zur Seite steht. 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Teilzeit 20 - 35 Wochenstunden Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachlich kompetente Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und unserem Pflegekonzept

* Durchführung der Pflegeplanung und Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten und -modellen

* Anweisung, Unterweisung und Unterstützung des Hilfspersonals

* Sicherstellung der Lebensqualität durch individuelle, aktivierende und ganzheitliche Pflege & Betreuung

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team - mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Berufsgruppen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegefachkraft (Diplom) bzw. FH-Abschluss (B.Sc.) oder ein anerkanntes äquivalentes ausländisches Diplom

* Gültige Registrierung bzw. Ausweis für Gesundheitsberufe

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zur Identifikation mit unserem christlich geprägten Leitbild und unseren Werten

* Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Sprachniveau B2

* Attraktive Vergütung: Einstieg in Vollzeit (39 Wochenstunden) mit einem Grundgehalt von EUR 3.583,20 bis EUR 4.673,83 brutto inkl. SEG-Zulage, zusätzlich EUR 135,50 brutto monatlich Pflegezuschuss (gemäß EEZG 2026) - zuzüglich variabler Bezüge und Flex-Zulage für kurzfristiges Einspringen
