Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeit, 20 - 25 Wochenstunden

Dein zukünftiger Arbeitsalltag

* Du begleitest Menschen mit Geistiger- oder Mehrfachbehinderungen durch ihren Alltag und unterstützt sie in ihrem individuellen Wohnumfeld.

* Du übernimmst pflegerische und medizinische Tätigkeiten entsprechend deiner Qualifikation.

* Du beobachtest Gesundheitsveränderungen und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem multiprofessionellen Team,

Ärzt:innen und Angehörigen zusammen.

* Du gestaltest Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mit und förderst die Selbstständigkeit der Bewohner:innen.

* Du führst Dokumentationen sorgfältig und digital durch

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson
