Dein neuer Arbeitsalltag

- Medizinische Pflege von Menschen mit geistiger oder Mehrfachbehinderung

- Ganzheitliche Begleitung der Bewohner:innen im Alltag

- Verantwortung für das Medikamentenmanagement und den Pflegeplanungsprozess

- Ansprechperson bei medizinischen und pflegerischen Fragen sowie bei Arztvisiten

- Unterstützung des Teams durch dein Fachwissen

Bezahlung:

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto ab € 3.475,12 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden) Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten
