* Übernahme der Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess

* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner_innen immer im Blick

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprogrammen

* Anleitung, Begleitung und Beurteilung von Mitarbeiter_innen und Auszubildenden

* Ständige Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen
