Die ASSIST gemeinnützige GmbH - eine Wiener Einrichtung mit Schwerpunkt auf sozial-wirtschaftliche Dienstleistungen für Menschen mit Behinderung sucht ab sofort zur Verstärkung Ihres Betreuungsteams 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in für 20 bis 37 Wochenstunden

In Ihrem Stellenprofil unterstützen Sie die Autonomie von Menschen mit Behinderung zum inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt Pflege im Wohnbereich. Sie sind maßgeblich an der Qualitätssicherung der Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen beteiligt und stellen diese mit Ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz und Umsicht sicher. Sie sind in der Lage pflegerische Prozesse mit den Leitlinien der ASSIST in Einklang zu bringen und haben Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Leitfäden in einem vielseitigen Team.

Ihre Tätigkeiten als Dipl. Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn umfassen:

* Erstellung, Umsetzung und Evaluierung von Pflegeprozessen in enger Kooperation mit dem pädagogischen Personal und den Teams vor Ort

* professionelle Erhebung des pflegerischen Bedarfs bei unseren Bewohner*innen sowie die ressourcenzweckmäßige Delegation entsprechend der benötigten fachlichen Qualifikationen (UBV, Pflegeassistenz)

* Anleitung zur selbstbestimmten Lebensgestaltung sowie Ausbau der Autonomie bei allen wesentlichen pflegerischen Belangen (Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, Stärkung der Eigenkompetenz)

* regelmäßige Schulungen und Qualitätskontrollen in den zugeteilten Bereichen

* fachgerechtes Führen und Kontrollieren der Dokumentation inkl. Berichtwesen an die vorgesetzten Stellen

* Beratungstätigkeit bei fachlichen Fragestellungen

* Schulungs- und Vernetzungsarbeit innerhalb der ASSIST

Unsere fachlichen Anforderungen an Sie:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Ggf. Nostrifikation der Ausbildung in Österreich

* Flexibilität, Umsicht, Humor sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitshaltung

* Anleitungskompetenz und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Freude an der Umsetzung des Konzeptes und den Leitlinien der ASSIST

* ganzheitlicher wertschätzender Zugang im Arbeitsfeld

Unser Angebot an Sie:

* Bruttogehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung in Verwendungsgruppe 7 SWÖ-KV: mind. Euro 2996,90 Brutto (ohne Vordienstzeiten) zuzüglich Zulagen laut KV
