Der Sozialhilfeverband Urfahr-Umgebung ist ein modernes soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen und zählt zu den größten Arbeitgebern im Bezirk Urfahr-Umgebung. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit liegt in der Betreuung und Pflege von älteren Menschen. An 5 Standorten werden in unseren Bezirksseniorenhäusern über 400 BewohnerInnen begleitet und betreut.

Aktuell suchen wir 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in als Wohnbereichsleitung (Pflegegruppenverantwortliche_r) Arbeitsort: 4209 Engerwitzdorf

Sie

* haben eine Ausbildung als dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, verfügen über Berufserfahrung und suchen eine neue Herausforderung

* möchten Führungsverantwortung übernehmen und Veränderungen mitgestalten

* haben Organisationstalent und Bereitschaft sich weiterzubilden

* Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Planung und Durchführung einer fachgerechten Pflege und Betreuung von Personen innerhalb eines Wohnbereichs

* Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung innerhalb des zugeteilten Wohnbereichs

* Unterstützung der Leitung des Betreuungs- und Pflegedienstes bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben

* Sämtliche Tätigkeiten, die im Rahmen der Ausbildung nach dem Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz bzw. dem jeweiligen Pflegekonzept vorgesehen sind

Wir bieten:

* eine Begleitung in Ihrer neuen Rolle als Führungskraft durch qualifizierte Einschulung

* regelmäßig Führungskräfteseminare zum Austausch für persönliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung

* Mindestbruttogehalt ca. € 4.152,17, inkl. Pflegebonus monatlich (Erhöhung aufgr. anrechenbarer Vordienstzeiten möglich)

* Krankenversicherung bei der KFG (Krankenfürsorge für Oö Gemeindebedienstete)
