Wir suchen für den Bereich 'Mobile Betreuung und Pflege' am Standort Turnusdienst Montag bis Sonntag inkl.

FeiertagenLinz-Süd ab sofort 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in - DGKP mit der Option

zum/zur Teamleiter_in ab Herbst 2027 zusätzlich zu übernehmen.

Stundenaufteilung: TL mind. 19h, DGKP nach Vereinbarung - bis zu Vollzeit (37h) möglich.

Deine neuen Aufgaben:

n der Hauskrankenpflege:

Planung und Durchführung bedarfsgerechte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kund*innen

Turnusdienst Montag bis Sonntag inkl. Feiertagen in Linz Süd

Bei einer optionalen Erweiterung als Teamleitung:

Mitarbeiter*innen-Führung

Lfd. Koordination der Kund*innen-Einsätze

Dienstplanung der Mitarbeiter*innen und Einsatzplanung der Kund*innen

Kommunikationsarbeit mit allen Mitarbeiter*innen und Kund*innen

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung DGKP

Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Teamleitung

In der Arbeit als Hauskrankenpflege:

Führerschein B

eigenes KFZ

nach §29b = mind. 3.449,79€ brutto bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung 37h,

+ Funktionszulage (bei Übernahme der TL), + SEG Zulage, + Pflegebonus, km Geld etc.;

tatsächliche Einstufung je nach Vordienstzeiten)
