Die HerzReha Bad Ischl wird in Kooperation zwischen der Sozialversicherung der Selbständigen (SVS) und der VinzenzGruppe geführt.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Mitwirkung und Durchführung von diagnostischen Maßnahmen in einem kardiologischen Rehabilitationszentrum (Aufnahmeprozess, Langzeit-EKG, Ergometrie, Lungenfunktion, Langzeit-Blutdruckmessung, Schlafapnoescreening)

* Begleitung und Motivation der Patienten und Patientinnen im Rehabilitationsprozess

* Anleitung und Begleitung von Studierenden/ Lernenden

* Professionelles und evidenzbasiertes Handeln

* Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit

Deine Qualifikationen

* eine, nach dem österreichischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz, anerkannte Berufsberechtigung als DGKP

* Kommunikations- und Kooperationsvermögen

* Konfliktfähigkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Empathie

* Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lernbereitschaft

* Flexibilität, innovatives Denken und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Veränderungen im Gesundheitswesen

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, technisches Verständnis

* gelegentlicher Samstags-Vormittagsdienst im Ausmaß von vier Stunden

Entlohnung gem. KV der Ordensspitäler Österreich. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mindestens EUR 3239,73 (exkl. Zulagen) und ist je nach individuell anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten entsprechend höher.
