Deine Aufgaben

* Pflege und Betreuung von älteren Menschen laut GuKG und unter Berücksichtigung ihrer speziellen Bedürfnisse im häuslichen Umfeld

* Tätigkeitsbereiche und Kompetenzen gem. GuKG

* Dokumentation pflege- und betreuungsrelevanter Daten

* Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP laut GuKG und nachweislich laufende Weiterbildungen entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorschriften

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Wertschätzung und Verständnis im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse

Das kollektivvertr. Mindestentgelt beträgt je nach Berufserfahrung und Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten € 3.227,6 bis € 3.651,3 brutto bei Vollbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden). Je nach Verwendung werden Zulagen bezahlt.
