Das Österreichische Rote Kreuz ist seit mehr als 40 Jahren ein zuverlässiger Partner in der professionellen Hauskrankenpflege, um Menschen individuell zu betreuen. Kompetenz, Empathie und verlässliche Begleitung mit Ihrem Team helfen Sie KlientInnen und Angehörigen in allen Fragen und Anliegen rund um das Thema Pflege und Betreuung zu Hause.

Die Abteilung Pflege und Betreuung leistet mit jährlich ca. 485.000 Hausbesuchen in 156 Gemeinden einen wichtigen Anteil in der Gesundheitsversorgung und der Abdeckung des Pflegebedarfs vor allem der älteren Bevölkerung in der Steiermark.

Wir suchen 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in für mobile Pflege und Betreuung

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Gemäß Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz insbesondere im Bereich der

* pflegerischen Kernkompetenzen sowie

* Kompetenzen bei medizinischer Diagnostik und Therapie sowie

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen im multiprofessionellen Versorgungsteam im und außerhalb des Roten Kreuzes (u. a. Pflegeassistent:innen, Heimhelfer:innen, Ärzt:innen)

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossenes Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegediplom

* Ggf. Nostrifikation für Österreich

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Verantwortungsvolles und zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation mit kranken und/oder betagten Menschen

* Führerschein B, Freude am Fahren

GEHALT: Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Basis des gültigen Kollektivvertrages für das ÖRK, Abschnitt B mit einem monatlichen Bruttogehalt von mindestens € 3.458,23 inkl. Zulagen für 37 Wochenstunden unter Berücksichtigung von Vordienstzeiten.
