Für den Bereich mobile Pflege & Betreuung suchen wir ab sofort in Klagenfurt Stadt/Land eine/n 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in für unsere Mobilen Sozialen Dienste Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung in der Dauer-und Kurzpflege

* Aufgabenbereich nach dem GuKG

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP

* Freude an der Arbeit mit (alten) Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Loyalität

* Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Dokumentationskenntnisse

* Führerschein

Wir bieten:

* Das Mindestgehalt für die Stelle als DGKP beträgt 3.270,53 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung sowie Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten gemäß Kollektivvertrag und bei Berücksichtigung des Beschäftigungsausmaßes sowie eine freiwilligen Ergänzungszulage 119,93 Sonn-und Feiertagszuschläge (keine Nachdienste), SEG-Zulagen, Flexibilitätszuschlag, Pflegebonus, Dienstauto
