Wir suchen 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in Werde Teil unseres Teams im Pflegewohnhaus St. Lambrecht

Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n DGKP (dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in) für 20-37 Wochenstunden.

Deine Aufgaben

· Individuell: Du erhebst den Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarf unserer Bewohner*innen und gehst auf ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse ein

· Strukturiert: Du setzt den Pflegeprozess fachkundig, verantwortungsvoll und zuverlässig um

· Kompetent: Du pflegst und betreust gemäß GuKG - professionell und verantwortungsbewusst

· Einfühlsam: Du begegnest unseren Bewohner*innen mit Empathie und schenkst ihnen im Alltag Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit.

· Teamorientiert: Du arbeitest eng und kollegial mit einem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen.

· Engagiert: Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Hauses ein und gestaltest die Pflege von morgen mit

Das bringst du mit

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum DGKP

· Nostrifikation in Österreich (bei abgeschlossener Ausbildung im Ausland)

· Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

· Empathie, Geduld und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Menschen

· Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit

· Gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
