Dann werde Teil eines unseres Pflegeteams der Station 32 (Abhängigkeit illegaler Substanzen). 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in (m/w/d) Vollzeit

Deine HERAUSFORDERUNG:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Pflegeprozess:

u.a. Durchführung und Dokumentation von Pflegeanamnese und medizinischer Erstbeurteilung, Überwachung des körperlichen und psychischen Zustands, selbstständige Anwendung und Kontrolle von ärztlich verordneten Medikamenten

* Notfallmanagement:

Teilnahme an Notfallmaßnahmen, insbesondere bei akuten Entzugssymptomen oder Überdosierungen

* Psychosoziale Betreuung:

u.a. Unterstützung der Patient:innen während ihres Rehabilitationsprozesses und während Entzugsphasen,

Unterstützung in akuten psychischen Krisensituationen, Motivationsgespräche und Ermutigung zur aktiven Teilnahme an Therapie sowie Unterstützung der nachhaltige Verhaltensänderung, Durchführung von Einzelgesprächen sowie der Teilnahme an Gruppeninterventionen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit:

u.a. enge Abstimmung mit ärztlichem Personal und Therapeut:innen zur Erstellung und Durchführung von

Behandlungs- und Therapieplänen, Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation aller pflegerischen,

diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen des GuKG

* Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung:

Durchführung von präventiven Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Rückfällen und Unterstützung der Patient:innen bei der Rückfallprävention

Dein PROFIL:

* Diplom der allgemeinen oder der psychiatrischen Gesundheitskrankenpflege oder Sonderausbildung in psychiatrischer Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Interesse an der Arbeit mit suchtkranken Menschen

* Vorzugsweise psychiatrische oder psychosomatische Erfahrung

* Engagement, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe berufliche und soziale Kompetenz

* Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft im gesamten stationären Bereich des Instituts zu arbeiten

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis beträgt lt. PKA-KV mit fünfjähriger Berufserfahrung und entsprechender fachspezifischer Vorerfahrung EUR 3.916,15 inkl. Fixzulagen, zzgl. Vergütung für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste.
