Mindestvoraussetzungen:

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft, Staatsbürgerschaft eines EU-Mitgliedstaates bzw. des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraumes (EWR)

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Bei männlichen Bewerbern abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst

* Ausreichende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Persönliche und gesundheitliche Eignung

* Selbständiges Arbeiten, Pünktlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz

* Verständnis im Umgang mit alten Menschen (empathisch)

* Bereitschaft zu Wechseldienst, Spätdienst sowie Wochenend- bzw. Feiertagsdienst

Die Entlohnung erfolgt in der Funktionslaufbahn GD 15 des Oö. Gemeinde-Dienstrechts- und Gehaltsgesetz 2002 und Richtlinien gem. Oö. Alten- und Pflegeheimverordnung i.d.g.F.
