The posting

Der Elternring Südburgenland Haus Gabriel - Wohnheim für schwerst- und mehrfachbehinderte Menschen - in Riedlingsdorf sucht 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn für 12 - 15 Stunden pro Woche.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

- Übernahme von speziellen medizinischen-pflegerischen Aufgaben

- Koordination von Arztterminen inkl. Begleitung

- Begleitung bei Visiten

- Erstellung, Anweisungen und Kontrolle von Pflegemaßnahmen

- Anleitung der Betreuer/innen bei medizinischen und pflegerischen Aufgaben

- Verwaltung der medizinischen Dokumentation und der medizinischen Hilfs- und Heilmittel bzw. der Medizinprodukte

Sie bringen mit:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP

- Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberufsregister

- Empathie, Freude und eine wertschätzende Grundhaltung für die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen

- Positives Denken und Teamfähigkeit

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie EDV-Basiskenntnisse
