Dipl. Krankenpfleger (m/w/x) Teil- oder Vollzeit

Unsere Wohnbereich-Teams arbeiten vertrauensvoll und wertschätzend zusammen, um das Leben der Bewohner mit qualitätsvoller/n Pflege, Betreuung, Therapie, Animationen und Feiern im Sinne der Bezugspflege zu gestalten. Dementsprechend sind neben den Therapeuten, Pflegehelfern, Wohnbereichsassistenten, Alltagsbegleitern und Hausreinigungsmitarbeitern auch die Krankenpfleger den jeweiligen Wohnbereichen zugeordnet.

Kommen Sie in unser Team, wenn Sie - eine ausgeglichene und belastbare Persönlichkeit aufweisen und Sie sich auf verantwortungsvolle, abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten zur bewohnerorientierten Pflege und Betreuung im multidisziplinären Team freuen; - das entsprechende Diplom (Brevet, Bachelor oder gleichgestellt) besitzen.

Wir bieten Ihnen - die Möglichkeit, Ihr krankenpflegerisches Fachwissen neben Ihrer Arbeit auf dem Wohnbereich in unserem hausinternen Krankenpflegedienst einzusetzen, in dem Teamarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung großgeschrieben werden; - ausgewogene Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten; - Besoldung und Urlaubsregelung entsprechend den Baremen des lokalen öffentlichen Dienstes mit Anerkennung aller Dienstjahre; - Mahlzeitenschecks, Attraktivitätsprämie, Jahresendzulage und 2. Pensionssäule für vertragliches Personal; - Kostenübernahme für die Benutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs sowie eine Kilometerentschädigung für den Fußweg oder das Benutzen des Fahrrades auf dem Arbeitsweg.
