Bei der Stadtgemeinde Schwechat sind rund 500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. In unserem Senioren- und Tageszentrum betreuen wir ca. 110 Bewohner:innen und sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Seniorenzentrum umfasst 69 Wohnungen, 22 Pflege- und 30 Tagesbetreuungsplätze. Das Team des Seniorenzentrums sucht eine Verstärkung! 1 Dipl. Pflegekraft DGKP (w/m/d) Vollzeit - 40 Std/Woche

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Eigenverantwortliche, kompetente und individuelle Pflege, ressourcenorientierte Betreuung und Begleitung der Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen

* Mitwirkung beim Umsetzen des Pflegeprozesses und die dazugehörige Dokumentation

* Umsetzung der festgelegten Pflegestandards

* Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

* Bei persönlicher und fachlicher Eignung besteht die Möglichkeit Führungsaufgaben zu übernehmen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für den gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheit- und Krankenpflege, Basales und Mittleres Management von Vorteil

* Registrierung im Gesundheitsberufsregister

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber den Bewohner_innen und den Mitarbeiter_innen

* Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Fähigkeit zu Mehrdienstleistungen, sowie Teilnahme an div. Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

* Einwandfreies Vorleben und absolvierter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst (bei männlichen Bewerbern)

Gemäß den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetzes, ist ein Bezug in der Entlohnungsgruppe S2 vorgesehen. Gehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Wochenstunden) € 3.583,28 brutto inkl. Erschwernis- und Gefahrenzulagen und Wechsel- und Turnuszulage, exklusive weiteren Zulagen (z. B. Nachtdienst).

Der Bezug kann - je nach der gesetzlich möglichen Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten - auch höher liegen.
