In unserem Unterstützen Wohnen begleitest du Menschen ab dem 50. Lebensjahr

mit chronifizierten psychischen Erkrankungen. In unserer Wohngemeinschaft mit

11 Plätzen finden die Klient:innen ein sicheres und wertschätzendes Lebensumfeld.

Unser Ziel ist es, vorhandene Ressourcen zu erhalten, zu aktivieren und die größtmögliche

Selbstständigkeit sowie Lebensqualität unserer Klient:innen zu fördern.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Diplom-Sozialbetreuer/in für Altenarbeit oder Fach-Sozialbetreuer/in für Altenarbeit (m/w/d) 70 - 80 % in Frastanz ab sofort

Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du begleitest, betreust und unterstützt Menschen mit chronifizierten psychischen Erkrankungen

in ihrem Alltag. Dabei planst und gestaltest du Gruppenaktivitäten und begleitest

zu Arztterminen, Behörden oder zu Einkäufen im Rahmen von Einzelbetreuungen.

Die enge Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team gehört ebenso zu

deinem Arbeitsalltag, wie die sorgfältige Dokumentation der Betreuungsprozesse nach

den geltenden Standards. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du organisatorische und administrative

Aufgaben und trägst so zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Betreuungsalltag bei.

Was du mitbringst

º Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Sozialbetreuung oder Fachsozialbetreuung, bevorzugt in Kombination mit dem Abschluss Pflegeassistenz

º Fachliche Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und Verhaltensauffälligkeiten

º Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen, strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten

º Hohe Belastbarkeit und professioneller Umgang mit Krisen- und Ausnahmesituationen

º Teamfähigkeit sowie verlässliche Kommunikations- und Dokumentationskompetenz

º Ein hohes Maß an Reflexionsfähigkeit
