Die Lebensweg Hohenburg GmbH möchte sein Team erweitern und sucht eine: 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (m/w/d) mit psychiatrischer Ausbildung Beschäftigungsausmaß: ab sofort, nach Vereinbarung

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

* Eigenverantwortliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer BewohnerInnen gemäß GuKG

* Psychosoziale Begleitung und Krisenintervention im multiprofessionellen Team

* Erstellung, Durchführung und Evaluation individueller Pflegeprozessplanungen gemäß GuKG

* Sicherung der Qualitäts- und Dokumentationsstandards

* Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Kooperationspartner

* Aufsicht und begleitende Kontrolle der Pflegehilfsdienste

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP mit Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister, Absolvierung des psychiatrischen Diploms bzw. Absolvierung der Sonderausbildung für psychiatrische Pflege lt. § 65b GuKG und § 67 GuKG

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Freude in der Kommunikation mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen.

* Loyalität, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit.

* Bereitschaft zu Nacht- Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten wobei Nachtdienste kein "muss" darstellt.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Für diese Position laut Kollektivvertrag Sozialwirtschaft Österreich 2026 ein Bruttogehalt von mindestens € 3074,80 auf Basis Vollzeit - 37 Wochenstunden (abhängig von der anrechenbaren Vorerfahrung und Ausbildungsstand), plus Erschwernis/ Gefahrenzulage € 247,27 brutto pro Monat-, Pflegezulage € 136,16 auf Basis Vollzeit sowie variable Zulagen bei Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdiensten, EEZG- Pflegezuschuss, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.

* Möglichkeiten zur Fort- Weiterbildung.

* Eine 6. Urlaubswoche ab dem 43. Lebensjahr, (Entlastungswoche).

* Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten bis 10 Jahre.

* Arbeit in einer familiär geführten Einrichtung.
