Menschen in Notlagen zu helfen. 1 DIPLOMIERTE GESUNDHEITS- UND KRANKENPFLEGEPERSON (W/M/D) Teilzeit 25 bis 35 Stunden pro Woche.

Was Ihre neue Aufgabe besonders macht:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Versorgung und Begleitung von Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen. Dabei können Sie auf ein unterstützendes Team und ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld zählen.

Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen:

· Eigenverantwortliche Erhebung des Pflegebedarfes sowie Beurteilung der Pflegeabhängigkeit

· Diagnostik, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Evaluation aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen (Pflegeprozess)

· Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten nach ärztlicher Anordnung

· Weiterverordnung von Medizinprodukten

· Mitwirkung im multiprofessionellen Versorgungsteam

· Flexibilität und Mitspracherecht bei der Dienstplanerstellung

· Keine Nachtdienste

Was Sie mitbringen:

Wir suchen eine Person, die mit Umsicht und Eigenverantwortung agiert und gleichzeitig ein echtes Gespür für Menschen mitbringt. Besonders wichtig sind uns:

· Allgemeines Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegediplom

· Eintragung im Gesundheitsberufe-Register

· Führerschein der Klasse B und eigener PKW

· Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

· Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit

· Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
