Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) für den Wohnbereich im Bezirk Steyr-Land. Gemeinsam schaffen wir ein Umfeld, in dem die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner:innen im Mittelpunkt stehen und professionelle Pflege mit Menschlichkeit verbunden wird. 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegepersonen (DGKP) (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

- Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung pflegerischer Maßnahmen gemäß Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz

- Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner:innen

- Durchführung medizinisch-pflegerischer Tätigkeiten im Rahmen Ihrer Kompetenzen

- Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen

- Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen und dem multiprofessionellen Team

- Pflegedokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP)

- Gültige Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen

- Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
