Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in (m/w/d)

für mobile Pflege in Wien im Ausmaß von 37 Wochenstunden im Rahmen unserer Arbeitszeiten: 07:00 - 20:00 Uhr, Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung.

* Du gestaltest Pflege statt sie bloß abzuarbeiten

* Du baust Vertrauen auf - auch dort, wo Menschen im Gesundheitswesen bereits Ausgrenzung erlebt haben.

* Du arbeitest vernetzt mit Kund:innen, Bezugspersonen Ärzt:innen und Partnerorganisationen.

* Dein Fundament: abgeschlossene, in Österreich anerkannte Ausbildung als DGKP und Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister.

* Deine Stärke: selbstständiges Arbeiten mit fachlichem Blick und menschlichem Gespür.

* Deine Neugier: Interesse an HIV, psychischen Erkrankungen, Sucht und komplexen Versorgungssituationen.

BEZAHLUNG

Mindestentgelt ab € 3.346,46 brutto monatlich bei 37 Wochenstunden

laut SWÖ-KV, Verwendungsgruppe 7, inkl. Pflege-Aufzahlung gemäß § 29b SWÖ-KV und Pflegezuschuss 2026; zusätzlich gebührt die SEG-Zulage gemäß SWÖ-KV. Abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten entsprechend höher.
