Für das NÖ Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum Zwettl suchen wir mit sofortiger Wirkung 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin bzw. einen Diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger mit 20 Wochenstunden im Turnusdienst

Das NÖ Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum Zwettl verfügt über 103 Pflegeplätze und bietet Leistungen in der Langzeitpflege, Übergangs- und Kurzzeitpflege sowie in der Betreuung von Menschen mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner

* Mitwirkung in der Langzeit-, Übergangs- und Kurzzeitpflege

* Betreuung von Menschen mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen im psychosozialen Bereich

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung gemäß Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz

* Hohes Sozialengagement und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs-, Beratungs- und Kundenorientierung

* Bewusstsein für die Bedürfnisse von Bewohnern und Mitarbeitenden

* Unbescholtenheit
