Wir suchen: 5 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerinnen/Krankenpfleger Voll- oder Teilzeit

Sie haben ein Diplom bzw. einen FH-Abschluss der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege und

* denken an eine berufliche Veränderung

* wünschen sich Kontakt zu Menschen, Vielfalt und Abwechslung

* möchten Ihre Flexibilität und Ihr Engagement in ein dynamisches Tätigkeitsfeld einbringen

* sind teamfähig und arbeiten gerne in multiprofessionellen Teams

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst

* die professionelle Pflege nach dem GuKG

* die Führung der Pflegedokumentation

* das Management der Visiten (vor-/nachbereitende Tätigkeiten)

* die eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer/-therapeutischer Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* den interdisziplinären Informationsaustausch zwischen den Stakeholdern

* die Mitwirkung im Rahmen von Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement

* die Anleitung von Pflegefachpersonal sowie Praktikant:innen
