Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Mobilen Pflege und Betreuung suchen wir 1 diplomierte_n Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in (DGKP) für die Sozialstation Pielachtal in Obergrafendorf (20 - 35 Wochenstunden).Ihre Aufgaben

* Professionelle und ressourcenorientierte Pflege bei den Kund_innen zuhause

* Mitwirkung bei der Pflegeplanung

* Durchführung von ärztlich angeordneten Maßnahmen im Rahmen medizinischer Diagnostik und Therapie

* Durchführung von Pflegevisiten nach Delegation

* Anleitung der Pflegeassistent_innen, Heimhelfer_innen und Praktikant_innen

* multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP

* Im Falle einer Ausbildung im Ausland: Nostrifikationsbescheid

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* gesundheitliche Eignung

* Engagement und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Führerschein B für Schaltgetriebe

Pflegebonus, dazu kommen variable Zulagen in Höhe von rd. € 300,- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden).
