Gemeinsam ermöglichen wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein würdevolles Altern im eigenen Wohnumfeld. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bezirk Eferding suchen wir ab sofort eine*n 1 Diplomierte*n Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in

Diplomierte*n Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (DGKP) für die mobilen Hauskrankenpflege inklusive Einsatzleitung (für 25 - 35 Stunden)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

º Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams in Eferding

º Erstellen von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen

º Organisieren und Moderieren von Teambesprechungen

º Sie erheben Bedürfnisse, erstellen Pflegediagnosen, planen und führen in Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team Pflegemaßnahmen durch.

º Durchführung von Pflegevisiten

º Fachliche Einschulung und Unterweisung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen der Pflege- und Betreuungsberufe

Sie bringen mit:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum*r DGKP inkl. Eintrag im Gesundheitsberuferegister

º Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, vorzugsweise im extramuralen Bereich

º Erfahrung in der EDV-gestützten Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation von Vorteil

º Führerschein B, eigener PKW

º Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten,

º Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Innovationsfreude

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Bezahlung:

º Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV, Mindestentgelt brutto EUR 3.273,50 pro Monat für Vollzeitbeschäftigung (= 37 Wochenstunden), Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten,

º Diverse Zulagen (z.B. Funktionszulage, Erschwerniszulage)

º Kilometergeld oder Dienstauto
