Wir suchen zur Betreuung unserer Kunden der 24-Stunden-Betreuung im Raum Gänserndorf, Mistelbach und Wien 1 Diplomierte_n Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in im Außendienst (Teilzeit) im Raum Gänserndorf, Mistelbach und Wien

Teilzeit 20h

Aufgabenbereich:

* Beratung über Leistungsangebot der 24-Stunden-Betreuung

* Akquise von Neukunden

* Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten im Einsatzgebiet

* Gebietsmanagement im Sinne einer optimalen Kundinnen- und Kundenbetreuung

* Unterstützung vor Ort der Kund*innen und Personenbetreuer`*innen beim Betreuungsbeginn

* Laufende Abstimmung mit 24h Betreuungszentrale in Wien (direkte Vorgesetzte)

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegekräften, Mediziner/innen, Therapeut/innen u.a.

* Fachliche Qualitätsvisiten bei unseren Kunden der 24-Stunden Betreuung

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson und Berufserfahrung

* Praxis im Bereich Außendienst, Beratung und Akquise von Vorteil

* Zielorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Neugier, Aufgeschlossenheit, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

* Gepflegtes, selbstbewusstes und motiviertes Auftreten

* Selbständige und fokussierte Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft

Unser Angebot:

* Kein Wochenend- und Nachtdienst, kein Feiertagsdienst!

* Teilzeitbeschäftigung 20 Wochenstunden

Bezahlung:

* Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt € 3.074,80 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis beträgt (SWÖ-KV, Einstufung Verwendungsgruppe 7). Das tatsächliche Einkommen, das über dem KV liegen kann, legen wir gemeinsam gemäß ihrer Qualifikationen, Vordienstzeiten, Know-How und persönlichen Kompetenz im Gespräch fest.
