Für unsere dynamische und vielseitige Station in der I. Inneren Medizin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte diplomierte Fachkraft in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (m/w/d), die vorzugsweise oder ausschließlich Nachtdienste machen möchte.

In diesem Bereich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, sich in der Gastroenterologie, Hepatologie und Rheumatologie zu spezialisieren und dabei viel Neues zu lernen. Sie übernehmen anspruchsvolle pflegerische Aufgaben und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der Station bei. Wir bieten Ihnen ein Arbeitsumfeld, das keine starren Strukturen kennt und in dem Sie aktiv mitgestalten können.

Bringen Sie Ihre Kompetenz im Nachtdienst ein und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams der I. Internen - für eine Pflege mit Qualität und Menschlichkeit! 1 Diplomierte Pflegeperson für die I. Interne mit Schwerpunkt auf Gastroenterologie, Hepatologie und Rheumatologie Standort: Wels Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit 20-40 Std. Dienstbeginn: ehest möglich

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten mit gastroenterologischen, hepatologischen und rheumatologischen Erkrankungen

* Durchführung von diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärzten

* Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Unterstützung der Patientenpflege im abwechslungsreichen Pflegealltag

* Mitgestaltung von Projekten und neuen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Station

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in

* Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.

* Ihre Fähigkeit, klar zu kommunizieren, und ihr teamorientierter Arbeitsstil machen Sie zu einem wertvollen Mitglied unseres Teams

* Freude an der Arbeit im Nachtdienst

Das angegebene Gehalt bezieht sich auf die Mindestentlohnung lt. Kollektivvertrag auf Vollzeitbasis (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten).
