außerhalb unserer Kolpinghäuser. Jungen Familien ermöglichen wir ein Zuhause auf Zeit. Jugendliche und junge

Erwachsene finden erste Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und Praktika für ihren Einstieg ins Berufsleben.

In der Pflege arbeiten diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*innen, Pflege-(fach)Assistent*innen und Heim- &

Abteilungshelfer*innen in interdisziplinären Teams gemeinsam an der bestmöglichen Lebensqualität unserer

Bewohner*innen. 2 Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger*in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Feststellung der Pflegebedürfnisse - Pflegediagnose

* Planung der Pflege und Definition von Pflegezielen

* Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen gemäß GuKG und unserer Pflege- und Betreuungsmodelle

* Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeassistent*innen, Pflegefachassistent*innen und Unterstützungskräften

* Pflegedokumentation in unserer digitalen Pflegedatenbank

Sie bringen mit:

* ein abgeschlossenes Diplom lt. GuKG bzw. eine Nostrifikation in Österreich (bei abgeschlossener Ausbildung im

Ausland)

* Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* gute Kenntnisse im Pflegeprozess, sowie in der Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation

* idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit geriatrischen Schwerpunkten

Das monatliche Vollzeit-Bruttogehalt laut Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich liegt zwischen € 3.593,73

und € 4.915,83 (inkl. fixer Zulagen und Pflegezuschuss, auf Vollzeitbasis). Zusätzlich dazu gebühren natürlich noch

flexible Zulagen für geleistete Nacht- und Wochenenddienste. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von Ihren Vordienstzeiten ab - das können wir gerne individuell bei unserem Kennenlerngespräch besprechen!
