Das inmitten eines großen Gartens gelegene FraDomo Gallspach bietet neben Kurz-und Langzeitpflegeplätzen zahlreiche Therapieangebote. Durch das lebensweltorientierte Wohnen verfolgen wir im FraDomo Gallspach das Ziel, den 87 Bewohner:innen ein möglichst autonom geführtes und alltagsnahes Leben zu ermöglichen. Die professionelle Pflege sowie die individuelle Begleitung der Bewohner_innen sind für uns von besonderer Bedeutung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams freuen wir uns auf einen/eine diplomierte/r Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger_in. 1 Diplomierte_r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in Vollzeit/Teilzeit

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Kompetenzgerechter Einsatz im PSC Team - dort wo Ihre Fachexpertise benötigt wird.

* Im PSC Team arbeiten Sie SMART sensitive, mobile, agile und responsive im Team übergreifend im gesamten Haus

* Umsetzung aller Kompetenzbereiche und Durchführung professioneller Pflege gem. GuKG

* Verantwortung für eine qualitätsvolle und professionelle Pflege und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung dieser

* Bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung der Bewohner_innen

* Interesse an der Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz und der Mitwirkung im Rahmen der Hospiz und Palliativcare

Ihr Profil

* Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst

* Wir freuen uns über Bewerber_innen, die sich mit ihren Ideen und Können in unseren Betrieb einbringen, um eine optimale Versorgung der Bewohner_innen sicherzustellen

Unser Angebot

ein jährliches Bruttogehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden ab € 52.086,00 (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten) zzgl. € 2.000,00 Pflegebonus jährlich, zzgl. variabler Zulagen
