WAS DICH ERWARTET

* Mitarbeit im Team der mobilen Pflege und Betreuung

* Erhebung, Planung, Evaluierung und Organisation der notwendigen pflegerischen Maßnahmen für die Klienten im Sinne des Pflegeprozesses

* Fachliche Anleitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitern

* Beratung, Information sowie Anleitung der Klienten und deren Angehörigen

* Im Rahmen der eigenen Kompetenzen Entscheidungen treffen

* Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung

WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger

* Ggf. Berufsanerkennung bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Führerschein der Gruppe B und eigener PKW

* Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung (60 Std. in 5 Jahren)

* Beratungskompetenz

* Freude am Netzwerken und an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
