In der begleiteten Wohngemeinschaft Schlierbach bietet pro mente OÖ insgesamt acht Menschen mit psychosozialem Unterstützungsbedarf eine unbefristete Wohnmöglichkeit.

Ein engagiertes multiprofessionelles Team begleitet die Bewohner*innen im Alltag und richtet den Fokus auf eine selbstbestimmte Lebensführung.

Durch die überschaubare Platzanzahl wird eine gute Betreuungsqualität gewährleistet und der Mensch mit seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. 1 Diplomierte_r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in für die begleitete Wohngemeinschaft Schlierbach ab Dezember 2026 für 22 Stunden/Woche

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung und körperlichem Pflegebedarf entsprechend GuKG

* Psychosoziale Begleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner*innen

* Vorbereitung der Medikamente

* Beziehungsarbeit sowie Krisenbegleitung im Rahmen der jeweiligen Qualifikation

* Laufende Dokumentation gemäß der Leitlinie von pro mente OÖ

Womit Sie uns begeistern können:

* Ausbildung in der allgemeinen oder psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen von Vorteil

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz

* IT-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 7 + Aufzahlung DGKP (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 3.322,23 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage

Abgeltung Sonn-/Feiertagsdiensten

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
