Pflege mit Herz ist ein Teil der RENAFAN Gruppe und betreibt sieben Pflegeheime in der Steiermark, sowie eine Einrichtung zur Betreuung von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen. SWÖ-KV), 14x p.a., zzgl. variabler Zulagen und Zuschläge, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrungen

Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet

* Feststellung, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung einer individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen

* Prävention, Gesundheitsförderung und -beratung im Rahmen der Pflege

* Dokumentation und Evaluierung der Pflegemaßnahmen im Rahmen des Pflegeprozesses

* Durchführung von diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Durchführung und Koordination lebensrettender Sofortmaßnahmen je nach Notsituation

* Koordination der Pflege- und Betreuungsabläufe gemeinsam mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam in Abstimmung mit der Pflegeteamleitung, der Pflegedienstleitung und der Hausleitung
